David Schaffer
Past President
David Schaffer was well known in the New Haven area as a trusted
businessman and a successful entrepreneur. He is a very missed
principal of C.A. White, Inc. who passed away in April 2008. He had
over 40 years of development, management, leasing, and physical
plant experience, including a tenure with Yale University (1982-85)
managing and leasing their retail\commercial properties and over 300
residential units.
Mr. Schaffer was also a principal in over one million square feet of
real estate projects in major retail, office and residential
apartment complexes. His business philosophy was always to maximize
the value of every property that he represents and provide the
highest quality real estate services available in the marketplace.
This philosophy has guided the company through its over sixty years
in business
