David Schaffer has over 40 years of development, management, leasing, and physical plant experience, including a tenure with Yale University (1982-85) managing and leasing their retail\commercial properties and over 300 residential units.
Mr. Schaffer is also a principal in over one million square feet of real estate projects in major retail, office and residential apartment complexes.
