Sandi Siedel, CPM®
Commercial and Residential Property Management
 Sandi
works as the Senior Property Manager for C.A. White Inc., a full
service Real Estate company out of New Haven CT for the past 14
years. She oversees over 200 residential units in Downtown New Haven
as well as approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial space
including retail and office properties which are both company owned
and third party contracts.
Sandi is the current President of the CT Chapter of IREM (Institute
of Real Estate Management) and has served on the executive council
for the past 7 years. Sandi was awarded CPM® (Certified Property
Manager) for the year 2007. Sandi earned her CPM® designation in 2006
and currently holds her Real Estate license. She received her B.S.
in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University.
Sandi is currently taking classes to obtain her CCIM designation.
Sandi lives in Southington with her two children, Kaitlin and Jake.
