Schaffer, a Certified Public Accountant, comes to C. A. White,
Inc. with a strong background in the Public Accounting field. With
over twenty years experience in the real estate business, Mr.
Schaffer presently oversees all of the financial functions within
the organization, including the utilization of the Skyline and
Argus financial analysis systems.
Mr. Schaffer also brings to the firm his extensive real estate investment experience. This experience includes developing and monitoring both capital and operating budgets and overseeing major real estate financing, acquisitions, and developments.
